The sound is very good, close to CD quality, but it also depends on the quality of the mp3S your playing. ![]() I didn't even have to drill a hole for the cable, I just fed the small end of it Thur the opening where the gas filler/trunk release cable is. I opted to run the cable for the ipod under the console and into the storage box. I used some of the supplied double sided tape and adhered the ipod module to the inside of the dash. It plugs in to an empty plug which would be used for a trunk mounted CD changer. Remove the radio, plug the ipod cable to the back, and put everything back together. Thanks Bagman! I followed AtlantaDav es easy radio removal tips. $120 shipped from the bagman, it only took 2 days for delivery. Saturday I installed the Mazda pod integration unit.
